ETERNAL FOUNDATIONAL BIBLICALUNIVERSAL BEHAVIOROne law and one ordinance shall be for you [ISRAELITES], and for the stranger that sojourneth with you [Israelites]. Numbers 15:16 ASV
For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth with you, a statute for ever throughout your generations: as ye are, so shall the sojourner be before Jehovah. Numbers 15:15 ASV
Upon reading Jehovah’s question to Moses, you may think that the question pertains only to Moses and the Israelites and that the commandments and laws of YHWH which were spoken of then were only for the Israelites. However, when Jehovah became flesh, He made it clear that it is easier for the heavens and the earth to vanish than for a dot on any ‘i’ in the Old Testament to change (Matthew 5:17-18, Luke 16:17). [Note that all declarations of Jesus regarding the His Words concern only the Old Testament because when He spoke the New Testament was not even conceived yet]. Since Jesus chose the Israelites as His holy representation on earth, Jesus said that His will for them is the same for all Gentiles (Numbers 15:15-16).
THE TORAH (LAW) OF
MOSES WAS TO GO OUT

GENTILES AND THE
DIASPORA OF GOD
(1) But in the latter days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of Jehovah's house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and peoples shall flow unto it. (2) And many nations shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of Jehovah, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths. For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of Jehovah from Jerusalem; Micah 4:1-2 ASV (1) The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem. (2) And it shall come to pass in the latter days, that the mountain of Jehovah's house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. (3) And many peoples shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of Jehovah, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of Jehovah from Jerusalem. (4) And he will judge between the nations, and will decide concerning many peoples; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning-hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more. (5) O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of Jehovah. Isaiah 2:1-5 ASV
How have you received the TORAH? Fully? Partially because you are not Jews? They had been scattered abroad because they did not obey the full TORAH (Law). As salvation is of the Jews, we must learn from their experience with the will of God the Father, which Jesus gave to Moses outside of Israel amidst the Gentiles. We may not be disobedient with any iota of His will no matter of insignificant that iota may appear to be, according to the teachings of the false prophets of the Serpent.

(14) And no marvel; for even Satan fashioneth himself into an angel of light.
