( 20) Children, obey your parents in all things, for this is well-pleasing in the Lord.  (21)  Fathers, provoke not your children, that they be not discouraged. Matthew 5:43-48 ASV  Ye have heard that it was said, Thou shalt love thy neighbor, and hate thine enemy:  (44)  but I say unto you, Love your enemies, and pray for them that persecute you;  (45)  that ye may be sons of your Father who is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sendeth rain on the just and the unjust.  (46)  For if ye love them that love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?  (47)  And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the Gentiles the same?  (48)  Ye therefore shall be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

Thou shalt not kill.  Exodus 20:13 ASV

Whoever sheds man’s blood, his blood shall be shed by man. For He made man in the image of God. (Genesis 9:6 KJ3)

Extradition for murders

(11) And if a man hates his neighbor, and lies in wait for him, and rises up against him, and strikes his life from him, so that he dies, and flees to one of these cities,  (12)  then the elders of his city shall send and bring from him there, and give him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die. Deuteronomy 19:11-12 LITV

Does Moses still support the death penalty for anyone who kills another?

Is it possible that one can imagine Jesus downgrading or reversing His judgments on the killing of another man who is made at His image, because he reversed ‘the eye for eye and tooth for tooth’ judgment? Well, Jesus says in Matthew 5:17-18 that not even a dot on the i in the law may change, unless He specifically instructed a change as in ‘go and sin no more’. Remember that God did not insinuate that His judgments for breaking Moses in Israel must also be enforced in the Gentile countries. The precedence is that He left Egypt alone in its depravity and did not command the Israelites to go wage conquest wars to enforce the judgments in Moses. He did not condone their depravity and violence either.

Thou shalt not commit adultery.  Exodus 20:14 ASV

Even though adultery is well defined in the Scriptures, the nations hold their own views of what constitutes adultery. A believer is expected to follow Moses for guidance on any religious or behavioral matter to make sure that we comply with the word of God. Adultery centers around a married woman’s involvement with any another man, not involvement with a single woman. (10) And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbor's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death. (11) And the man that lieth with his father's wife hath uncovered his father's nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. (12) And if a man lie with his daughter-in-law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wrought confusion; their blood shall be upon them. (13) And if a man lie with mankind, as with womankind, both of them have committed abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. (14) And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you. (15) And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast. (16) And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. (17) And if a man shall take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a shameful thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of the children of their people: he hath uncovered his sister's nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity. (18) And if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he hath made naked her fountain, and she hath uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people. (19) And thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister, nor of thy father's sister; for he hath made naked his near kin: they shall bear their iniquity. (20) And if a man shall lie with his uncle's wife, he hath uncovered his uncle's nakedness: they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless. (21) And if a man shall take his brother's wife, it is impurity: he hath uncovered his brother's nakedness; they shall be childless. Leviticus 20:10-21 ASV The capital punishment judgments for certain sins were only to be enforced inside Israel, not within the Gentiles outside Israel (Deuteronomy 21:21). Then all the men of the city shall stone him to death with stones. So you shall purge the evil from your midst, and all Israel shall hear, and fear. Deuteronomy 21:21 ESV A married woman may not carry a child of another man by insemination or be a surrogate mother! Literally, the verse says that a man may not give his sperms to seed the woman of his companion which is neighbor in the translations: And to the wife of your companion you shall not give your emission of semen, to be unclean with her. Proverbs 22:22-23 ASV The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery; yea, they have vexed the poor and needy, and have oppressed the sojourner wrongfully.
